What "documented in writing" actually looks like
A sample write-up: what was found, the root cause, every change made, and how to avoid a repeat. Fictional engagement — but this is the standard of documentation you get from me on any job.

03Background
The client work behind this is confidential, so the pieces above are what I can show you in full. Here's where the experience comes from.
I maintain a long-running WooCommerce store in production — plugin conflicts, checkout and payment issues, design implementation, safe updates.
I work daily on WordPress/WooCommerce maintenance tickets for enterprise agency clients — production bugs, tight deadlines, communication entirely in writing.
I built my own multi-site maintenance dashboard — centralized monitoring, updates and diagnostics across every site I'm responsible for.
04How it works
You describe the problem
A couple of sentences and a URL are enough to start. No forms, no calls required.
You get a fixed quote in writing
Scope, price, and what "done" means — before any work starts.
I build it and document it
You get a written summary: what was done, how it works, and what you need to know to run it yourself.
Got something to build — or something broken? Same-day reply.
